What is the Demographic Make-up of ARC Employees?

This Executive Summary on Employees answers the question: What is the demographic make-up of employees: managers, faculty, classified, and student employees? It shows changes in employee numbers over time by employment group disaggregated by race and ethnicity, and it compares employee and student racial and gender demographics. This is one in an ongoing series of Executive Summaries produced and shared by the Office of Institutional Research to provide the ARC community with information to learn more about us, our students, and how we are serving them. This Executive Summary was presented to the Student Success Council on October 18, 2022. Contact the ARC Research Office with questions and ideas.
