SBC Forms | Group Administrator Portal | Sales Team Announcement | In Your Community

Ensure You're Using the Most Up-to-Date Forms

Wondering if you’re looking at the most up-to-date form, booklet, group contract?

Whether you’re wanting to view the most up-to-date copy of your group contract or booklet, or perhaps you want to update your internal source of Saskatchewan Blue Cross forms and documents, we’ve got you covered.

All these resources can be found within the administrative portal by navigating to the ‘Documents’ tab and checking off ‘Booklet’ and/or ‘Contract’.

Now more than ever before, employers are referring to electronic versions of these two popular documents. To ensure you’re referencing and sharing current information with your employees, please take a moment to make sure you are referring to the most current copy of the booklet and contract.

If you need assistance navigating to this information in the admin portal, please reach out to the Client Experience Team.

Employer Resources is also a reliable location to download Saskatchewan Blue Cross forms from.

Just a reminder that the password to access the Employer Resources section of the website is pl4nadm!n

This is another location where you can quickly access the most up to date version of our SBC forms and guides. Also available is an up to date invoice calendar referencing our invoice cycle.

Group Admin Portal

Update Regarding ID Cards

We are aware that a legacy visual is showing on your Group Administrator Portal (GAP) electronic member ID cards. The Identification Number and Policy Number on the electronic member ID cards continue to be accurate and can be used by your plan members for registration to their member portal and app experience.

The electronic member ID card within the Group Member Portal and app, once they register for those services, displays the correct Saskatchewan Blue Cross carrier logo, which is necessary to display at pharmacy and practitioner locations.

During this time the Client Experience Team is available to provide assistance to members accessing their electronic member ID cards or can provide a physical card in an expediated fashion.

We will provide a further update as soon as the issue is addressed within the Group Plan Administrator Portal and thank you very much for your patience.
