With enhancements to the Online Customer Application (OCA) platform, your clients can now complete their purchase of a Conversion plan online in minutes.
Key Details
- Platform enhancements now allow Conversion plan applicants to complete payment and activate their plan in a single step, with no medical questionnaire required.
- Clients can choose to have their coverage backdated to begin on the first of the current month, or begin on the first day of the following month.
- Clients have the opportunity to complete their annual payment on the spot using a credit card. Monthly payments and other payment methods are still available for clients who prefer not to pay annually.
These platform changes are activated automatically - simply log into your Individual Broker Portal and begin a new application. If your client answers 'yes' to the question of 'Have you or your partner left, or will you be leaving, an Employer Benefits Plan within 60 days?', their application will automatically be routed to the Conversion plan application flow.
This change helps to streamline the application process for your clients, making it seamless to apply for their Conversion health plan in minutes.
