The new Partner Space portal is coming and training is essential. Designed to simplify your travel quoting and selling experience, ensure a smooth transition by registering for one of our mandatory training sessions below.

What's new in Partner Space

Get ready for a smoother experience and powerful new features, including:


  • Streamlined quoting and applications for Single-Trip, Multi-Trip Annual and optional coverages.
  • Side-by-side quote comparisons with the ability to save and return anytime. 
  • New Cancel for Any Reason rider available with Trip Cancellation and Interruption coverage. 
  • More flexibility with standalone products, with the ability to sell Trip Cancellation and Interruption, Trip Interruption and Baggage coverage individually.
  • Customer Space is launching: a dedicated portal where members can view policy documents, submit claims and manage their coverage.

Key updates to keep in mind

When you transition to Partner Space, here are a few important product changes applicable to new sales only:


  • Pandemic Protection is being discontinued. The new Cancel for Any Reason rider offers up to $4,500 per insured person, including pandemic-related cancellations.
  • Trip Cancellation and Interruption coverage now clearly defines and outlines 34 eligible insured risks.
  • Premiums will include destination as a factor.

  • How to guide your clients through Customer Space.
  • Where to find updated resources and support.

If you cannot attend one of the live sessions, a recorded version of the training will be available on your Advisor Learning Centre on November 20.

Go live confidently: What's next after training

Once training is completed, you’ll be transitioned over to the new platform within 72 hours. When this happens, you’ll receive an onboarding email with login details to Partner Space and access to resources from the training session.


All advisors will be transitioned over to the new portal by December 15, 2025.
