NMSDC está implementando una nueva plataforma de certificación centralizada, donde cerca de 16,000 empresas certificadas —como la tuya— podrán: iniciar nuevas solicitudes, renovar su certificación, acceder a servicios de suscripción, descargar su certificado y solicitar el distintivo digital Credly para incluirlo en sus materiales promocionales.

Durante el mes de agosto, toda la información de los MBEs y los procesos de certificación serán trasladados a ZOHO ONE, un sistema moderno y robusto diseñado para agilizar procesos, mejorar la experiencia de usuario y aumentar la visibilidad de tu perfil empresarial ante más de 1,400 entidades contratantes a nivel nacional.

¿Qué hay de nuevo?

Perfiles empresariales mejorados:

La nueva plataforma te permitirá mantener un perfil más completo e intuitivo, facilitando que socios corporativos y otros MBEs descubran tus productos o servicios.

Sistema centralizado:

Una base de datos unificada y un solo punto de contacto optimizarán la experiencia del usuario durante el proceso de certificación.

Soporte técnico dedicado:

Un equipo especializado de NMSDC estará disponible para ayudarte directamente a través del centro de servicios. Las oficinas regionales, incluyendo PRMSDC, no intervendrán directamente, pero continuarán brindando apoyo general.

⚠️ Lo que debes saber:

• Viernes, 8 de agosto: Último día para someter solicitudes en la plataforma actual (NMSDC Central). PRMSDC hará todo lo posible por aprobarlas antes de la migración, pero no lo garantizamos ya que depende 100% del cumplimiento por parte del empresario.
• Si tu solicitud fue sometida pero está incompleta, será migrada a Zoho One el 27 de agosto, y el nuevo equipo centralizado te ayudará a completarla. La migración tomará aproximadamente 2 semanas.

• Del 8 al 26 de agosto: PRMSDC no procesará solicitudes. Todo será evaluado por NMSDC una vez finalice la migración.

• Miércoles 20 de agosto: Recibirás el enlace y credenciales para acceder a Zoho One.

• Martes 26 de agosto: Último día para:
• Descargar tu certificado vigente
• Obtener tu Credly Badge

• Miércoles, 27 de agosto: Cierre permanente de NMSDC Central. Comienza oficialmente la migración.

• 🔒 CONGELAMIENTO DE 2 SEMANAS: No se podrán descargar certificados ni completar solicitudes durante este periodo.

• Acciones importantes:
• Si tu renovación está programada entre julio y octubre, se recomienda completarla antes del 7 de agosto para evitar retrasos.

El PRMSDC lanza el PRMSDC EXCHANGE, una nueva herramienta digital creada para maximizar los beneficios de la plataforma de certificación ZOHO ONE. Su propósito es facilitar y fortalecer la conexión entre empresarios certificados y socios corporativos.

Este sistema robusto ofrece acceso rápido y centralizado a eventos, al directorio de empresas certificadas, información programática del Concilio y la publicación de oportunidades de negocio. También permitirá adquirir paquetes de patrocinio, reportar compras corporativas y mucho más.

Uno de los beneficios clave del PRMSDC EXCHANGE es la centralización de los eventos del Concilio, optimizando la experiencia del usuario.

¿Qué hay de nuevo?

Directorio accesible de MBEs:

El Exchange estará integrado con ZOHO, reflejando perfiles empresariales más completos. Esto permitirá que socios corporativos y otros MBEs descubran fácilmente tus servicios y te contacten para contratos, alianzas o colaboraciones.

Todo lo que necesitas para aumentar tu participación:

El Exchange incluye una plataforma centralizada para eventos con beneficios como registro automático, facturas digitales, pagos en línea, compras de auspicios y confirmaciones en tiempo real.

Mayor valor para tu certificación:

Podrás acceder a oportunidades de negocio, adquirir paquetes de patrocinio para elevar tu visibilidad, y obtener información analítica útil para tu estrategia empresarial.

⚠️ Lo que debes saber

• Martes 12 de agosto: Todos los empresarios certificados y socios corporativos activos recibirán sus credenciales de acceso al PRMSDC EXCHANGE.
• 🔸 Nota importante: La información disponible en el directorio de MBEs en esta fecha provendrá de la base de datos actual (NMSDC Central). La información migrada desde Zoho estará disponible alrededor del 30 de septiembre.
• Acciones importantes:
• Se recomienda utilizar las mismas credenciales tanto en el PRMSDC EXCHANGE como en ZOHO ONE, para minimizar errores de acceso y mejorar la experiencia del usuario.
• Recordatorio: El 20 de agosto está programado el envío del enlace de acceso a la plataforma de certificación ZOHO ONE desde NMSDC.

NMSDC is implementing a new centralized certification platform, where nearly 16,000 certified businesses — like yours — will be able to: initiate new certifications, renew existing ones, request subscription services, access their certification, and download the Credly Badge to include in promotional materials.

This August, all MBE data and certification processes will transition to ZOHO ONE, a modern and robust system designed to streamline workflows, improve user experience, and expand your business profile visibility with over 1,400 corporate members nationwide.

What’s New?

Improved MBE Profiles:

The new platform will allow you to manage a more complete and intuitive business profile, making it easier for corporate members and fellow MBEs to discover your services.

Centralized System:

A unified database and single point of contact to optimize the certification process experience.

Dedicated Support Team:

NMSDC has a centralized service team to assist you throughout the process. Regional councils, including PRMSDC, will not be directly involved in processing certifications but will continue to offer general support.

⚠️ What You Need to Know:

• Friday, August 8: Last day to submit certification renewals through the current platform (NMSDC Central). PRMSDC will do its best to approve pending applications before the migration, but we do not guarantee it as it depends 100% entirely on the business completing the required steps.
• If your application is submitted but incomplete, it will be migrated to Zoho One on August 27, and the centralized service team will support you in finalizing it. Expect a 2-week transition period during which processing is paused.
• August 8–26: PRMSDC will not process certification applications. All renewals and new requests received during this period will be handled in the new centralized platform after the migration.
• Wednesday, August 20: All certified MBEs will receive a link and login credentials for Zoho One.
• Tuesday, August 26: Last day to:
• Download your active certificate
• Obtain the Credly Badge
• Wednesday, August 27: Permanent closure of the NMSDC Central platform. Official start of the data migration process.
• 🔒 2-WEEK FREEZE: No certificates can be downloaded during this period. MBEs with in-progress applications will also have no access to update documentation.
• Important Reminder:
• MBEs with renewal dates between July and October should complete their renewal by August 7 to avoid delays.

Other high-value features include a business opportunity board, sponsorship visibility packages, and access to analytics to measure impact and engagement.

⚠️ What You Need to Know

• Tuesday August 12: All certified MBEs and active corporate members will receive their PRMSDC EXCHANGE login credentials.
• ⚠️ Important Note: The MBE directory will initially reflect data from NMSDC Central. Updated Zoho data will be available around September 30.
• Action Steps:
• MBEs are encouraged to use the same login credentials for both PRMSDC EXCHANGE and the ZOHO ONE certification platform to minimize login issues and improve the user experience.
• Reminder: A few days later, on August 20, you’ll receive your NMSDC Zoho platform access link.
