CEO Roundtable: Strengthening Minority Business Growth Through Collaboration

The CEO Roundtable Committee was established as a strategic forum for minority business CEOs to exchange insights, address challenges, and explore growth opportunities. Through this initiative, we foster meaningful connections among leaders who share a commitment to advancing the success of Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs).

Building Momentum: Key Milestones

A Groundbreaking Collaboration (2023)

In 2023, the CEO Roundtable took a major step forward by forging a collaboration agreement among 11 MBEs. This milestone set the foundation for exploring joint business opportunities, leveraging each company’s strengths to drive collective success.

Expanding into Federal Contracts and Joint Ventures (2024)

Throughout 2024, the committee focused on federal contracting opportunities and funding access, recognizing the immense potential these areas hold for minority businesses. The year’s efforts culminated in a Joint Ventures & Acquisitions Seminar hosted by Estrella, LLC, where participants gained valuable insights into structuring partnerships, securing government contracts, and navigating acquisition opportunities.

Advocating for Fairer Payment Terms and Deeper Collaboration

(2025 & Beyond)

Looking ahead to 2025, the CEO Roundtable remains committed to strengthening collaboration among MBEs and expanding federal contracting efforts. One of the key priorities will be advocating for fairer payment terms from Corporate Members. By addressing this challenge, the committee aims to create a more sustainable and equitable business environment for minority suppliers.
