Message from the Director

Summer is flying by, and I want to encourage you to take some time to focus on self-care. Summer can bring on unique challenges that push our own needs to the back burner. There are summer classes and writing goals, but also the onslaught of family commitments, vacations, and occupying kids while they're off school for the summer.

Here is a collection of webinars and multi-week courses from NCFDD for focusing on self-care this summer. (Note that you need to create your free account with NCFDD in order to access these programs.)

Wishing you a fabulous summer full of achieving goals alongside practicing radical self-care!
