The warmer weather is here and that means more people are out enjoying the beautiful weather in the community. Please be mindful as you drive around the community and Amenity Center as more residents, families and children are out playing and enjoying the wonderful amenities at Amelia Walk. Also, please be respectful of your neighbors by cleaning up after your pets as you are out walking in the community.

Please remember to look over, read and ensure you have no questions regarding the policies below in place for the Amenity Center to include the Pool, Fitness Center, Clubhouse, Tennis Courts, Playground and Field. Please be respectful of Amenity Center property and other guests when visiting the Amenity Center.

Gather those unwanted items, place them on your front lawn or driveway and get ready to earn some extra cash! You do not need to pre-register for the event.

Please be sure to follow the community guidelines listed below during the garage sale:

Garage sale must take place on Saturday, April 1st only.

Garage sale will run from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm only.

You may use your own yard/garage sale signs. However, they must be disposed of immediately following the event.

Please comply with current trash regulations.

Mondays and Wednesdays at 9am

Thursdays at 5:45pm

(2nd Thursday of each month,

class will start at 5:30pm)

$5 per class

Yoga

Amelia Walk Clubhouse

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:45am

$10 per class

The Mahjong group meets every Thursday

from 10 am - 12pm.

This group is for both beginners and

experienced players.

If you've never played before, don't worry,

someone can help you learn!

HOW TO START A NEW CLUB

Do you have a great idea for a new Community Club? Is so, please reach out to the Amenity Center Manger. Amelia Walk is always looking for new ideas to bring the Community Together!

CDD Information

Residents in Phase 4 only should have received an email with a survey regarding the location of Phase 4 mailboxes. If you do not have an email address on file with the CDD, the survey will be mailed to you. If you are on our email list and did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and then let us know if you still do not have the survey. You can email Kelly Mullins at ameliawalkmanager@gmsnf.com.

The next CDD meeting will be held on

Tuesday, March 21st, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.

at the Amelia Walk Clubhouse.
