| | | Public Art at a Nursing Home? Yes, Indeed! | | |
We recently partnered with two nursing homes in Atlanta and D.C. to install some beautiful public art with the aim of making visible the often-invisible people who work and live in these communities.
These two projects have had a powerful impact on residents and staff, as well as on their respective surrounding communities. A recent McKnights Long-Term-Care News article illustrates this impact and offers more details about the projects.
We are working with additional organizations to install public art at senior living communities elsewhere across the country in 2025.
| | | Our Partnership with GreySource Continues to Make an Impact | | |
Our partnership with GreySource began almost two years ago as an alliance founded in advocacy and creativity to dismantle age bias.
We look forward to continuing to produce dynamic initiatives that promote positive beliefs around aging and older adults in the workforce.
GreySource is an age-inclusive recruiting team that believes the future of our workforce requires recruiting experts who recognize both the value of professionals of all ages and the power of multi-generational teams.
