In order to conduct an accurate and fair investigation, there are a few things InteleTravel would need before pursuing a claim:
- A screenshot, link, video, or any concrete proof of the non-compliant source.
- Information on the agent themselves. This can be their online name, their real name, contact information, or any other identifying details.

If in a Facebook group: the official group name and status of the group (and whether it is private/closed or an open group.)
