Welcome, friend!

Don’t be a victim of fraud!

Fraudsters are highly sophisticated today. It is your responsibility and liability to be sure you aren’t a victim of fraud.

Don’t do business with anyone you don’t know.

You may get a prospective client or a lead from social media. Be wary if you do not know this person or have a connection to this person. Do your investigative research on them no matter how enticing their travel request may be.

Get proper authorizations and forms.

Validate your client with travelers’ names and all proper identification and matching credit card authorization forms, and keep a copy of all documentation. Ensure the credit card holder matches one of the travelers.

Too soon, too fast is usually too good to be true.

Watch out for new clients who want to do any business with you that involve a quick travel date less than a week away. This is a common fraud trick especially for air bookings, but sometimes is combined with land travel.
