GOED would like to thank Travis Dovre for his many years of service to the State of South Dakota, most recently as our Finance Director. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

Our team is also delighted to announce Jack Valentine as the new Finance Director. Jack brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and skills that will enhance our efforts to better the State for future generations.

HOW DO I?

LIST A PROPERTY

Commercial properties that are listed on the MLS will automatically be listed on GOED’s property database. As an EDO, you may choose to list properties not currently listed on the MLS within the Property Database. For this, you will need to contact Sarah Zvolanek.

Note: you will need to provide the same information and remember to manually keep the property updated when parcels of land are sold off.
