Our office is excited to announce Adam Molseed as the new Partner Relations Director. He began his role with GOED in 2017. He has held a few different key roles, the main one being a Partner Relations Representative, prior to being promoted to the Business Development Director in 2023.

Happy to be back on the Partner Relations team, Molseed brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him.

CDBG

Our Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) is one tool for Economic Developers looking to make an impact in those communities containing at least 51% of low to moderate income people. This grant program is flexible in the types of projects it could fund. It is a federally funded program and has policies and procedures that must be met.

If your community is looking to apply for these funds in the future, reach out to your local planning district office, and they can assist you with the application process.
