First Sunday of Advent

Almighty God, give us grace to cast away the works of darkness, and put on the armor of light, now in the time of this mortal life in which your Son Jesus Christ came to visit us in great humility; that in the last day, when he shall come again in his glorious majesty to judge both the living and the dead, we may rise to the life immortal; through him who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

A Huge THANKS to the HT Book Club

Beverly and Gretchen delivered 127 boxes of cereal to the Jubilee Food Pantry - just in time for the Saturday distribution. The Jubilee staff was very appreciative - particularly since their cereal shelves were bare. Thank you all who made this happen. It makes me very happy that we collectively filled a need in such a generous way.

Formula for Faith

In conjunction with several other churches in town, we will be accepting baby formula donations. These donations will go to the West Texas Food Bank, who will be coordinating the distribution. There is a bucket in the sun room or you can bring your donation by the office.

Get Involved

Sunday Morning Breakfast & Wednesday Evening Dinner sign up sheets are in the sun room.

Breakfast favorites include, breakfast casserole, pig in a blanket, or just simply picking up donuts.

Dinner can also be as easy as you want it to be. Pick up pizza, make spaghetti, or chicken nuggets and mac and cheese. We do ask that whatever meal you serve be kid friendly, or have a kid friendly option.

Please contact the office with any questions.

We are in need of Sunday Morning volunteers.

If you'd like to see where you might fit, please visit our volunteer page.
