NOVEMBER 2025

A WORD FROM THE DIRECTOR GENERAL

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The School Board's Annual General Meeting will be held on 10 November at 6:30 p.m. online.

This meeting will provide you with an opportunity to review the achievements and projects for the 2024-2025 academic year, the audited financial statements, and the School's future orientations.

Here are the :

The link for the virtual meeting and the minutes of the 2024-2025 general meeting will be sent to registered parents a few days before the meeting.

We look forward to seeing you at this virtual meeting!

Annie Lamarre

Director General

The Holiday Season is already upon us, a time of joy and sharing, but it can be more challenging for certain families in our community.

Once again this year, we aim to help around thirty families who are facing a difficult time. After the great success of recent years, we are relaunching our Holiday Campaign, but with a new format. Rather than collecting gift cards (grocery stores, pharmacies, etc.), we invite you to make a cash donation. Why a cash donation? You will receive a tax receipt for your contribution, which was not possible in the past when donating a gift card to the School.

The objective: $12 000. You will be able to contribute to this campaign until December 5th by filling out this fundraising form.

A big thank you to our community for its continued generosity and solidarity!

PARENTS MEETINGS - NOVEMBER 20 & 21

Parent-teacher conferences are coming up soon!

This year, the high school will be innovating the way you book appointments with teachers. Starting November 12, you will be able to book your appointment via the COBA parent portal. Instructions on how to register will be sent to you shortly.

As for elementary school, homeroom teachers will email you on November 12 starting at 11:30 a.m. with a link to their calendar so you can choose the time slot that works best for you. For more information, please read the letter from Principal Chagnon on this subject.

«AU-DELÀ DE LA MOYENNE», AN ITA WEBSERIE

Realized by the Institut des troubles d'apprentissage, «Au-delà de la moyenne» is a poignant series that overturns the norm and highlights the uniqueness of each student, while questioning our expectations of school.

COBA MOBILE APPLICATION - THE LIMITATIONS

We have noticed that several parents have already downloaded the Coba app. Congratulations! We encourage the others to do the same. Simply download it from Google Play Store (for Android) and App Store (for iOS). The download steps are clearly outlined in our October newsletter, which is also available on our website.

We remind you that the mobile app gives you easy access to various information about your child and the school. However, it still has some limitations. Viewing report cards, making appointments, or reading messages from the school administration can ONLY be done from the web version.

We will notify you when these actions become possible on the mobile app.
