You EARN commission
How to Get Your Commissions. Here's how we do it: 30-60 days after travel is complete and InteleTravel has been paid by the supplier, you earn your commission. Commission is paid weekly on a Wednesday.
When your first commission comes in, you will receive an email with step-by-step instructions from a company called Hyperwallet, asking you to set up your account. Hyperwallet is a licensed and federally incorporated company, and a leading payment provider, part of the PayPal family
When having made a booking through your Back Office Booking Engine OR via a Preferred Partner, your commission payment is loaded into Hyperwallet.

If you have made an external booking with a non-Preferred Partner supplier, ensure you manually raise an ‘Invoice Request’ for the Commission Team, and enter in the partner contact details to enable the team to request the commission for you.
Steps for raising a ‘Invoice Request’ Ticket:
- From your Dashboard, hover over ‘Help’ and scroll down to ‘InteleHelp Hub’
- Select ‘Submit a Ticket’ in the top right.
- Choose ‘Advisor Commissions Inquiries’ as the Ticket Type.
- Then choose ‘Invoice Request Bookings’ under “Commission Category”
- If you have an enquiry regarding the specific commission due, click on the ticket to reactivate and view the update-never raise a second ticket for the same commission invoice.
